Privacy Disclosure

Redefined Realty and Auction (RRA) is committed to protecting your privacy. We want you to know about our privacy policies and practices. Rarely do we collect non‐public information about you such as Social Security #s, Birth Dates, or Bank Account Information. If we do, we do not disclose this type of non‐public personal information about you to anyone except as permitted by law. On occasion, semi‐private information such as your Email Address, Mailing Address, or Phone Number may be included on transaction documents that are to be provided to other party(s) in the transaction. If you desire to keep this information private, please redact it before sending it to us and/or have the party producing those documents do the same. 

Within our auction software we intend to keep your identity and specific bid settings confidential from other Bidders during the bidding process. However, the Team at RRA may be able to see your profile and your specific bid settings.  Additionally, the Team members at RRA are allowed to bid on the same properties you might be bidding on and may be aware and knowledgeable of your information/settings. It's possible that this knowledge would give them a bidding advantage.

How We Keep Information Secure ‐ We protect personal information which we collect about you by maintaining safeguards that meet or exceed applicable law. We limit access to personal information about you to those employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to provide products and services to you. Employees who violate our policies regarding privacy are subject to disciplinary action. 

Disclosure of Information ‐ We do not disclose Customer/Client Information except as permitted by law. Some of our staff and/or sales agents work for or are contracted with companies that provide services you may need as part of your transaction or may need because of your transaction. We may disclose all Customer/Client Information described above to these affiliated companies in an attempt to solicit those services from you. In addition, we may have nonaffiliated third parties who may also need to access some of your personal information. For example, if we need to conduct an independent audit of our files, we must share file information with the third party auditor. We provide third parties with the minimum amount of information needed to complete the requested service or transaction. We do not otherwise share personal information with unrelated third parties, unless you have granted us permission to do so.
